How To Return

*Returns will be refunded as store credit*

To start a return, you can contact us at info@arieelle.com. If you're in the U.S., we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can return any items within 14 days of the delivery date if the item is:

  • full-priced (includes full-priced items purchased using a discount code)
  • unworn and unwashed and in the original packaging
  • with all original tags still attached
  • not smell of perfume, body odor, deodorant, or washing powder
  • free of make-up or tan marks 

Return Delivery Fee U.S.

We will provide you with return shipping. This fee will not be charged upfront and will be deducted from your store credit amount.

The original delivery fee will not be refunded or given as store credit.

Returns Process

  • Returns are generally processed within 7 days of reaching us.
  • Returned item(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted.
  • Returned Items not accepted will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive store credit in the amount paid (minus the return shipping fee).
