Shipping policy

United States Shipping

USPS is used whenever possible. At checkout, customers will have the option of choosing which USPS service they would like to use.

Shipping on orders that exceed $50 will be free standard USPS shipping: delivered within 2-5 business days.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be processed and shipped the same day unless the order is placed after 4 p.m. EST. The day the order is shipped does not count as one of the shipping days.

Tracking Info

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your invoice and tracking number. 

Incorrect/Insufficient Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping/delivery address for his/her order. If the wrong or incomplete delivery address is provided, Arie Elle will not refund a customer's purchase or replace the goods. If your address is insufficient and is returned to the sender, you will be charged an additional reshipment cost.

Please note we are unable to offer a refund for a return to sender parcel.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Arie Elle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to the provider used at checkout.

Canceled or Changed Order

No cancellations can be made once an order has been placed. If you wish to amend your address after the transaction has been processed, please email info@arieelle.com immediately. As we process and ship orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changed address(es).
